Eva Kmentová (1928 – 1980)

Stele with Fingerprint — double-sided three-dimensional relief, patinated bronze, overall dimensions of the sculpture: 158 × 54.5 × 24 cm.

Eva Kmentová created Stele with Fingerprint around 1966 in patinated plaster. After her death in 1999, it was cast in bronze by the sculptor Olbram Zoubek (1926–2017), the holder of Eva Kmentová’s copyright and the custodian of her artistic estate.

Provenance: The work was originally acquired directly from the sculptor Olbram Zoubek.
